Advertise your event, product, or service business in the newsfeed on the Playpen Chicago mobile app and ThePlaypen.com. Purchasing any of the above packages includes unlimited impressions of your ad on the newsfeed. The start of the duration is the time the ad is approved by our marketing department. Only image ads are available for purchase. No HTML, PHP, Javascript or other code is allowed in the ad. Images should be square, essentially the same dimensions as an Instagram post. We are not able to provide the number of impressions displayed or clicks. Once you purchase the package, you will be able to upload the image and the target URL. We reserve the right to reject ads for a variety of reasons, which will lead to refund of the purchase. In any other circumstance, we are unable to offer either full or partial refunds. The ads are not able to be paused to be resumed later. If a request is received for the ad to be paused or canceled for any reasons, no full or partial refund will be made. You are able to change the image displaying for your ad during the term, but the image will be subject to approval. Until the new image gets approved, the prior ad will continue showing. Please allow up to 48 hours for a replacement image to be approved.
