Sip & Guzzle, named No. 1 on North America`s 50 Best Bars 2026, takes over the Mile High Cocktail Club, the candlelit speakeasy on the 46th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago. The menu brings three Sips (Drunk Grandma`s Apple Pie, Dirty Mango, Tomato Tree) and three Guzzles (Mint 75, Rum & Cola, Miami Vice Negroni). Order one from each side.
Opens Thursday, October 15. Thursday to Sunday, 5 to 10 PM, through March 14. $85 covers two cocktails.

Kermess wraps about 300 table seats around the action, so the circus plays around you instead of in front of you: artists flying overhead, cocktails on the table, a menu that becomes part of the evening. Premonitions Inc. opens with Miss Fortuna holding court, fortunes, horoscope roasts, and a night that feels like a film set with a full bar.
